Information for presenters

Talks

Total talk durations (including questions) are: 30 minutes presentation and 10 minutes Q&A for keynotes, 15 minutes presentation and 5 minutes Q&A for other talks.

A PC will be available on site (running PowerPoint). Using your own computer is discouraged and will only be considered as a last resort (please make sure you bring a suitable cables if anticipating troubles). Please embed all your audio and video files and special fonts to your presentation. The projection screen will accommodate a 16:9 format, so please use this format if you can.

Presentation files should be emailed in advance of your talk to meguki2023@gmail.com by Monday 23rd October. Please label your talk in the following format: presentationname_MEGUKI

Poster presentations

Poster submissions can request to be considered for a short symposium presentation. Please indicate in your Google Form if you would like to submit this request.

Posters should be formatted in AO portrait (84.1cm wide X 118.9cm high). Velcro hooks will be provided on site for affixing the posters to the poster boards. 

There will be two poster sessions, one on each day of the conference. On day 1, posters can be displayed from 8.30am until 5.30pm. Day 2 poster presenters are required to remove their posters immediately after the session ends as the poster boards will be taken down from 3pm onwards.

The deadline for poster submissions is 8th August, with poster acceptances and prize winners confirmed by 8th September.
