Poster presentations

Poster submissions can request to be considered for a short symposium presentation. Please indicate in your Google Form if you would like to submit this request.

Posters should be formatted in AO portrait (84.1 wide X 118.9cm high).

We anticipate hosting two poster sessions, one on each day of the conference. Posters can be displayed from 8.30am until 5.30pm each day. The main poster sessions will occur from 1-2pm, but attendees will also be able to view the posters during break periods.

The deadline for poster submissions is August 1st, with poster acceptances and prize winners confirmed by 31st August.

We are looking forward to welcoming you all to Dublin soon!
